Function

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Freight Forwarder for our office in Liege. As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for coordinating international shipments and handling all related tasks. Accuracy and timely completion of tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for international shipments
• Purchase transport for both sea and air freight
• Maintain relationships with carriers, agents, and clients
• Ensure necessary documentation for shipments
• Resolve any issues during transportation
• Keep up with various administrative tasks

Profile

• bachelor working and thinking level
• experience as a Freight Forwarder is a plus
• Excellent command of the French and English languages, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are welcome.
• Experience with transportation documentation is a plus
• Good knowledge of Incoterms is a plus
• Proactive and flexible attitude
• Resilience to stress and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with transport software is a plus
